Sketch Nature with Me!

This sketchbook project was a way for me to process a big change in my life: a move across the country to Texas.

After leaving my home in Washington DC, Texas was a new and slightly scary adventure filled tons of new bird and plant species.

I wanted a way to express my curiousity toward it all through my own lense of illustrating for children.
